Welcome to our Female Community Workshop - a celebration of empowerment through movement, mindset, and nutrition! Join a dynamic team of female instructors as they guide you through a transformative experience. All fitness levels are welcomed in this inclusive, female-only environment. There is no age limit and their is no fitness level required just a willingness to learn.

Featuring live DJs and healthy snacks, our workshop provides a safe space for women to explore fitness and wellness alongside like-minded individuals. We're offering 15 free spots for this empowering event!

Youth Programs - Breaking Glass Ceilings and Beyond

She Beasts: Breaking Glass Ceilings

Empowering young individuals (ages 10+) to build confidence, resilience, and overall well-being. We recommend a six-session package for maximum impact, but a custom program can be tailored to fit individual needs.


Program Highlights:

  • Physical Activity – Fun, engaging exercises that promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Currently, fewer girls than boys meet daily activity recommendations—this program helps close the gap.
  • Mental Well-being – Practical tools to manage stress, boost self-esteem, and develop resilience. With 26% of young women facing mental health challenges, this support is essential.
  • School Transitions & Leadership – Guidance for younger girls navigating the move to secondary school, plus leadership development for older participants to mentor and inspire others.

Our programs are designed with the service users in mind we recommend a 12-session package. However, there is always the option to create a bespoke program tailored to your needs:

  • Fitness & Strength – Personalised routines dynamic movements to build health, confidence, and joy in movement.
  • Nutrition & Wellness – Guidance on balanced eating for energy, mood, and informed choices & SMART goals. 
  • Mindset & Resilience – Workshops on self-esteem, goal-setting, and overcoming challenges.
  • Confidence Building – A supportive space to celebrate progress and develop self-assurance.
  • Community & Support – A strong, uplifting network for healing, growth, and connection

She Beasts has been a welcoming and necessary part of WAITS health and wellbeing workshops, for the past 2 years. Throughout the COVID-19 lockdown – Sadie delivered a 4-week exercise and nutrition course online for the service users of WAITS. The online course was manageable, and invigorating and helped to improve the health, psychological and emotional well-being of the service users during a difficult period of social isolation. Sadie worked with the women with ease and at their own pace, ensuring their safety and health needs were put first by explaining the physiological benefits and ensuring that the service users were able to make an informed choice about their health. Sadie has been great to work with, offering opportunities for staff to test the workshops so they can understand the wider benefits, with a demonstration of how rebounding works and ensuring that they understand how positively health and exercise can impact upon their domestic abuse survivor dichotomy journey. Sadie has ensured that the service users can access a comfortable but most importantly safe space, feel like part of a healthy family, and gain the knowledge for better holistic wellbeing outcomes. Sadie has extended her generosity to providing full leisurewear for our service users undertaking a WAITS Yoga course which is a part of their holistic and health journey. Sadie bought in bags of items and the women were appreciative that they could use these items for the course and beyond.

I would highly recommend and continue to refer women to Sadie and the team at She Beasts and look forward to our service users continuing to benefit from their services.

To celebrate International Women's Day 2023, a movement workshop was offered to 16 inmates at Drake Hall prison. Out of the 16 inmates who participated, 8 chose to provide feedback.

Were you pleased with the fitness sessions you attended? All 8 responded with a resounding yes.

Do you feel happy that you took part? 

Again, all 8 expressed their satisfaction.

Is there anything you would suggest to enhance the fitness session experience?

I thoroughly enjoyed it and wouldn't change a thing.

It would be great if the gym staff could incorporate more of these types of sessions.

Unfortunately, I couldn't do the full workout due to my shoulder, but She Beasts was absolutely fantastic.
