Our aims are to:

• Empower people to make a difference, support others and have a choice.
• Work and learn together by sharing knowledge, experiences and awareness.
• To encourage all by honest conversations about practices, myths and beliefs.

We do this through training, events, resources and collaborations with other organisations and lived experience individuals.

Why I feel being part of the selection process is important

I believe that by empowering people they will thrive and go on to support others in their journeys.  That is why I am privileged to part of the selection process of …….(not sure how you want to describe it).

Why I work and collaborate with She Beasts because…… 

I was introduced to She Beasts when I was entering a new stage of me life – one where I wanted to work out who I was and what I truly wanted to do.  I met Sadie Jones the founder of She Beasts and I knew we had the same values, mission and aims.  To empower people and support them in their life choices to improve their wellness and well-being.

We each do it in different ways, but together we reach so many people. Education, awareness, collaboration is key to us all working together – in our cases we are passionate about that being around domestic abuse, trauma, nutrition and mindset.
